By using brainCUT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
brainCUT is a free, browser-based video editor that decodes, composites and exports your footage locally on your device. The service is provided as-is without guarantees of availability or uptime.
You are solely responsible for the footage you edit, create, or share using brainCUT, and for holding the rights to it. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain full ownership of all footage and projects you create with brainCUT. The brainCUT software is open source and available under its respective license on GitHub.
brainCUT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brainCUT and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
Since brainCUT operates entirely in your browser, you are responsible for saving and backing up your work. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser crashes, cache clearing, or other local issues.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of brainCUT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
